Kolejne erupcje wulkanu Kilauea na Hawajach [GALERIA]

Wzmożona aktywność wulkanu Kilauea utrzymuje się od początku maja. Po serii trzęsień ziemi na wschodnich stokach Kilauea pojawiło sił kilkanaście szczelin, z których zaczęła się wydobywać lawa. Od początku erupcji ewakuowano ponad 2 tys. mieszkańców zagrożonych okolic.

W 1955 roku seria erupcji wulkanu Kilauea trwała 88 dni.
