Karnawał Czarnych i Białych (Carnaval de Negros y Blancos) odbywa się corocznie od 2 do 7 stycznia w mieście Pasto w departamencie Nariño na południu Kolumbii. Jest on wpisany na listę niematerialnego dziedzictwa kulturowego ludzkości UNESCO.
